The Movie Marathon Part Deux
To Samantha, Ahmad, Valerie and our new member Corinna, the Movie Club members:
I know it is early, but the Movie Marathon is coming yet again. I shall hereby apologize for missing the last one week break the university students had a week ago, but wasn't really my fault for mistaking that one for the Chinese New Year holidays. Besides, you guys were so caught up for the fact that the school robbed the cohort of a well-deserved break, nobody told me about the break at all. Thus, the marathon was silently and quietly delayed.
But it is coming again, and for now I have in mind the break you guys will be having in May to hold the event. While the movies and the venue is not confirmed, I am juggling between the idea of holding it at Ahmad's place, my place or at Corinna's(Since Valerie has the grandma problem). However, May is a long time from now, and to be honest I think you university students need a little break in the middle of it all. I know the opportunity cost of having a marathon in the midst of all the hassle, but you have about two months ahead of you to find time. For now, May it is.
So this is a sort of announcement from the president of the club here, out to you guys and hopefully, you guys will read it before inspiration strikes again for my next entry. Venue should have comfortable sofa(Samantha, your house is out. Haha!), and a giant television. Tell me where you guys want to hold the event and the date/time that fits all of you best. Drop me a message over at MSN, I should be around most of the time, if I am not running around town salsa dancing with self.
